Common Queries

You Asked, We Answered

What are the payment options?

We accept cash or card. Online bookings for accommodation are done through other existing channels, such as AirBnB and spareroom.com

What times are you open?

Saturday & Sunday 12-5pm
Available for hire at other times

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes we do. These can be arranged by emailing the office or discussing with a member of our team.
They can also be used for outdoor activities at Gul Outdoor Therapy, or for gifts from Outside In.

Are you family friendly?

Very much so! We have a selection of children's toys, both inside and out to keep little ones entertained. We also have high chairs, plastic plates & cups, and baby changing facilities.
For us, being family friendly also means accepting all families, of all shapes and sizes, whether they include just 1 person and their dog, a whole bus full, or people with additional requirements.
If you're at all worried about coming, why not give us a call and we can talk through what you might need.

How accessible are you?

We are accessible on main roads, even when the red flags are up (which means the army are using the area for exercises).
On a more specific level, we have a flat car park with disabled spaces, but we are an old building and there are steps at every entrance to the building. Once inside there are some tight corners and a couple of ramps to help navigate inside steps where possible. The access to the garden, and the garden itself is flat.

The field for camping is level, and has gate directly into it for driving in, but there are a set of unequal steps leading down into the tea rooms gardens.

We will do all we can to assist with wheelchair access which is possible, but not easy.

All accomodation is on the first floor with no lift.
